Our mission is to guide students and their parents toward informed decisions and successful careers in medicine and beyond. Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to student and parent leads provided by the company. Explain the advantages of studying abroad (mainly MBBS) and the services offered by Fash Educare. Understand student/parent requirements and share relevant information clearly and confidently. Convince interested leads to attend seminars/webinars or visit our office. Update and maintain call records in the CRM system. Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to support the admission process. Who Can Apply No strict educational qualification required – we value attitude over academics . Must have a go-getter mindset and willingness to learn. Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English . Friendly, confident, and able to handle objections over the phone. Freshers welcome – training will be provided. What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. On-the-job training and continuous support. Friendly and supportive work environment.
